Property Maintenance – Terms & Conditions
- Scope of Services
Recharge Property Maintenance (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides general property maintenance, repairs, and related services as agreed with the client (“you”). The specific scope of work will be outlined in the quotation, work order, or written agreement provided prior to commencement.
- Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Additional works, variations, or unforeseen issues may incur extra charges.
- Any variations will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
- Booking & Access
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Materials & Colour Matching
- We use high‑quality materials suitable for the job.
- Where colour matching is required, we will match as closely as possible. Due to age, fading, or discontinued products, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.
- Health & Safety
- All work is carried out in accordance with relevant Australian safety standards and regulations.
- If unsafe conditions are identified, work may be paused until the issue is resolved.
- Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and confirm commencement of works.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur fees or interest.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may attract a call‑out or cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule works due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Warranty & Workmanship
- We guarantee our workmanship for 6 months from the date of completion, unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, external factors, or work performed by others after completion.
- Liability
- We take all reasonable care when working on your property.
- We are not liable for pre‑existing issues, structural defects, or damage arising from conditions outside our control.
- You are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards or risks at the property.
- Photos & Documentation
- Photos may be taken before, during, and after works for reporting, quality assurance, and record‑keeping.
- Photos will not be used for marketing without your consent.
- Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these terms.
- You will be invoiced for all completed works and materials supplied up to the date of termination.
- Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
